Ignite is a kids club at Bethesda Baptist Church, Rogerstone. The club is for primary aged school children (5yrs to 11yrs). Ignite meets term - time on Fridays from 6.30pm - 7.30pm. All children are required to be collected by a responsible adult. If you are going to be late please contact us on the emergency children and youth contact number.

Ignite has a strong Christian focus.  The activities during the evening include singing, listening to bible-based stories, playing games, making craft items, watching film clips and having a snack (usually squash and a biscuit).

It is essential that all children who attend Ignite have a completed consent / emergency contact / medical form. Please let us know if there are any changes we need to know about.

We collect subs each week, our suggested contribution is £1. This is split between our chosen charity and our Ignite fund that covers special activities. However for those with more than one child attending please do not feel under any obligation and contribute what you are able.

Ignite is run by members of Bethesda Baptist Church who have been approved by the Leadership Team of the Church. All the youth leaders have up to date DBS checks.

Bethesda Baptist Church has a Safeguarding Policy. In the event of a parent / carer having any concerns about the welfare of their child in relation to the church, they should contact the Designated Person for Safeguarding.
